MICHA HUIGEN - ANOTHER ANGLE (PRINT EDITION)

The print design was created especially for the release of Micha's first graphic novel called "Another angle". The print will be sold together with the graphic novel.

The fine art print is 50 x 70 cm (19,7" x 27,6") and is printed with (12 colors) archival ink on 270 grams Hahnemuhle Velvet fine-art paper.

The A4 (21.0 x 29.7 cm) graphic novel is digitally printed, contains 120 pages and is made in an edition of 500. We printed it on recycled paper (200g Favini Crush cover/ 110g Circle inner pages) and then hand-bound it with a cahier stitch binding.

"Another angle" is about a little man called Liquidface. With this little man shrunk to the size of about a pencil and in a constant state of "Jamais Vu" (a state of being in which everything is like new. In fact, the opposite of deja vu.) we go exploring. On his journey, he encounters all sorts of things we tend to look past or close our eyes to and lets you see the world from "another angle". Literally and figuratively.

Micha is a Dutch illustrator currently working on his own projects and commissioned work from his studio in Zwolle, the Netherlands. The artist's work, both personal and commissioned, is characterised by elegant and bold line work. Micha has had several exhibitions for his solo work, but has also created album art, music videos, magazines and other editorial work'.
